  Convient location for several specialists. Lab in the building as well.

  All the staff here is great! As for the security guard I was very upset about his demeanor! We had been in the specialty office for my 6 yr old son to receive his orthotics for his SMA (while we also had his brother and sister with us too). We arrived there at 8:50 and our appointment was at 9:30. We were patiently waiting in the office to see our son's provider. As the security guard came back and asked why are you here and where is your provider we proceeded to tell him as he made us take all of our children up to the front desk, while our son does struggle with getting around due to his diagnosis. He said we had to check in (mind you our provider had us check in yesterday through his office which I must add I absolutely love!), anyways we went to the front desk and they were like why are you up here you don't have to check in for any of this at all just head back to where you were. So we proceeded with our appointment. Then all the while apparently he was waiting for us to leave and followed us the entire way out of the building. This man made me feel like I was a criminal when I was there to get help for my son and had my other children. Not what I expected very disappointed in the security when we had done nothing wrong but waited for our son's provider. I tried calling and filing a complaint but didn't know where to begin so this is where I'm posting. I would leave a 5 star for the facility but this is about their security.
