  I came here after my mom passed due to a cerebral aneurysm bursting in her brain stem as a precautionary measure and not one but two staff members could not draw blood from me. Repeatedly poked me at which point I got up to leave only to have the initial nurse tell me to go to Kalamazoo where they have "a whole team of phlebotomists that might be able to help..." I'm sorry? Way to botch the job and blame the patient. How about, "here, have a water and sit down in the waiting room a few more minutes and we'll try again" (I learned after googling to make sense of my lack of blood flow that veins can become dehydrated if you don't drink enough water and therefore are hard to find). Either way, they could've been more professional. More informative and more empathetic. In my opinion.

  I had an appointment for a 7:15am MRI, the lady who did the MRI was very unhappy, and irritated, if you have anxiety about anything I do not recommend this location. She was not pleasant, I asked if I could listen to music, she said NO, she was very irritated if I asked any questions. She was very rough trying to get an IV in for the contrast, I had burses for over a week.
