  The person taking blood tried multiple times, and my arm became bruised later on. I never have this issue at other Bronson locations.

  Receptionist is absolutely amazing & another woman that works there was so kind when I came in. The girl who took my blood, absolutely not. I would not recommend this place at all for bloodwork unless you can pick another person than the one I had. I was never told to unclench my fist, never got a count down & have never been stabbed like that in my arm in my entire life. I have no problem giving blood either. The spot where she did it is absolutely a hard ball, already purple & my hand is tingling which has never happened to me. It hurts more than it should, let’s just say that. I don’t want to call her out on this but I do have her name & I suggest Bronson makes sure these people are trained. I will drive longer to kalamazoo every time now. EDIT: Pretty sure she hit a nerve and will be going to be examined Monday. Still feels numb, cooling feeling down to my wrist and thumb, tingly and it hurts. With how hard she jammed that in my arm, it makes sense as to why I'm feeling like this.

  Very friendly, welcoming environment. We got there 5 minutes before closing to have my 7 year olds blood drawn, the receptionist welcomed us in and was very helpful. They were also great with my 7 year old and made her comfortable with having the draw.
