The gentleman Nyil who works in the front as of today, Thursday night after 11 PM January 1 he is amazing super accommodating and I look forward to making this my home club The only thing I would say is the guy who used the basketball court don’t know how to pick up after themselves water bottles everywhere 🤭🤭🤭🤭 and also maybe having a towel service in the locker room specially if you’re having to pay $10 a month for it who wants to pick up towels and walk to the back that’s kind of embarrassing 😹😹🫣🤣🤣and some feminine hygiene products in the locker room would be like the perfect touch the bear minimum touch. I didn’t see any feminine hygiene products at all. Or shaving products or anything not even anything to like dry your hair when you get out of the shower I get it. The membership is like $60 a month but that’s still a pretty decent amount for a gym because you’re only going up from there to Life Time and Equinox so those places have that already:) But yeah, super happy with everything. The app is pretty decent. A little overwhelming if I’m being honest needs a little cleanup, but this is definitely amazing location. Can’t wait to make it my own.

When I asked questions about my billing and contract, both front desk workers gave me incorrect information and seemed unfamiliar with basic membership policies. They also led me to believe that despite having an incomplete membership, the gym was still allowed to bill my account, insisting that it was “just policy.” This raised concerns, so I reached out to a manager at Powerhouse Novi; who immediately clarified that this was NOT correct and promptly refunded the charges. This entire experience was absolutely unacceptable. Members deserve honesty, accurate information, and transparency. Especially when it comes to billing. I truly hope Powerhouse Northville addresses this issue, because situations like this reflect poorly on the gym’s professionalism.
