- TSTeresa SniderFeb 23, 20251.0When they came to do the intake, they made assumptions that my son was "dangerous" (he is not) and that he needed a male caregiver. They said they'd be in touch within a week or two, we never heard back from them. Had to contact the agency hiring them to find out they refused services. They never shared with me that they thought he was "dangerous". Ended up with Visiting Angels who has been amazing.

She goes above and beyond in making sure my mom is taken care of and all her needs are met. My mom is happier and looks forward to Crystal coming every day.
