  I went around 9 am to collect the necessary items to get a sample and told the lady at the front counter I would be back if not same day the next. Upon walking in she looked at me startled to see me it seemed and you would have thought I had five heads! At any rate the very kind lady from the lab comes out and shows me what I need to do. I then leave and come back and again I get called up to a different lady just chewing away at her gum and the same startled stare as if I walked into her home on a netflix night for family only! I proceeded to explain to her that I need to return a specimen and she explains that the lab has went to lunch and I would have to wait to return sample. I asked about viability of the lab and if it would be ok without being refrigerated to waite and she had no idea I then suggest that I should have been told about times to return something the previous time I was there and she points me to several laminated signs with alot of diff times on them and just really making me feel unwelcome and insensitive to the situation! A verbal reminder would have been helpful and not just dismissive pointing of a finger to a sign. What ever happened to customer service in our Dr's offices these days!

  Great place for me to get my blood drawn here in marshall near me then going to battle Creek I would give it a five star

  Had to have my blood drawn and it was very quick and easy. The facility is brand new and the staff are all friendly and so caring!

  Easier for me then driving all the way to Battle Creek.
