Sadly, that was blown off with some mumbled excuse, and another appointment was made, again that one was blown off as the person being in another town. I have tried calling and get no calls back, my last phone call brought out the Marine language in me because this is nothing but a fly by night operation it seems. Lazy staff.

We tried everything to get it back down. We were in touch with David from National Seating & Mobility and he fixed the problem remotely over the phone. We are so appreciative of you David for doing this for us. When we are ready for a new chair, this is where we will purchase from. Thank you so much David! Highly recommend!
