- AAAlex ANov 15, 20255.0I had a very good experience as a new patient at Stanford Dental in Livonia. My hygienist, was absolutely fantastic, gentle, thorough, and so friendly that she instantly put me at ease. The doctor was just as great; kind, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. What stood out the most, though, was how welcoming the entire staff was. From the moment I walked in, everyone was warm and attentive, which made the whole visit feel comfortable and smooth.
- TJTeri JacksonAug 13, 20251.0Just want to let everyone know that they like to perform services before obtaining authorization from your insurance, then refuse to complete said services once the ins denies it bc they failed to obtain authorization first. After you start to go elsewhere, they will then bill you for every service they completed that your ins already paid for. My sister had this happen to her with her crowns which actually had to be completely redone because they messed them up anyway. Wonder how many other fraudulent things they have gotten away with. Unacceptable.
