I knew that planned parenthood has always been an amazing resource in the past, so I sent up an appt here. I felt like the provider listened to my concerns, and she provided so many great resources for items that couldn’t be addressed at PP. I also had my iud removed, and the experience was as ‘pleasant’ as it could’ve been. Susan made me feel at ease, communicated through the entire procedure, and made sure to check if I needed breaks through out. Overall, my experience was great from scheduling, to intake, and seeing my provider. Thank yall again!
