  I recently moved from out of state, and wasn’t able to find a provider in network without an insane wait. I knew that planned parenthood has always been an amazing resource in the past, so I sent up an appt here. I felt like the provider listened to my concerns, and she provided so many great resources for items that couldn’t be addressed at PP. I also had my iud removed, and the experience was as ‘pleasant’ as it could’ve been. Susan made me feel at ease, communicated through the entire procedure, and made sure to check if I needed breaks through out. Overall, my experience was great from scheduling, to intake, and seeing my provider. Thank yall again!

  I had an extremely positive experience for my annual exam, all of my concerns were thoroughly addressed by my care provider during my visit, she was really patient and help me understand everything I needed to know. I am so grateful for the amazing experience, everyone from the receptionist to the medical assistance was really professional and kind and made it one of the most positive experiences I've ever had at a gynecologist

  I left my prescription sunglasses here during my appointment. I couldn’t call this location directly, so I was told that they would call me to return them. They didn’t call me. Even including the middling health services, this is what I’m the most angry about. From my exam room, I could hear staff talking about me. No ultrasound machine. Physician gave me an incomplete picture of my health. Don’t want to scare people from coming to this location, but I honestly believe many would benefit from visiting a different office when possible. And seriously, give my sunglasses back.

  They do not care about their patients at all. Two weeks I'm trying to refill a simple prescription. They don't respond to their online messages. It's impossible to call them because their office doesn't take calls, they use some call center that also uses the online messaging system nobody ever checks to reach out to their branch offices. I'm about to run out of medication so I go into the office to ask why they can't just send a refill to my pharmacy. I get told the doctor is seeing other patients and I'll get kicked out when the office closes. Even though I had an appointment days ago where my needs were not taken care of. It's like they're trying to make my life miserable on purpose. If that's the experience you want, to be ignored and treated like a bother, running out of the medication you need to take every day while they sit on their hands, then by all means come here.
