If you can get past the “gatekeepers” at the front desk, it sounds like the dental care itself might be fine — but after two failed attempts to even be seen, I’ll never know. From reading other reviews, it seems my experience isn’t unique. The office’s copy-and-paste responses to complaints say all you need to know about how seriously they take feedback or make changes. Unfortunately, first impressions matter, and this office failed twice to show they value patients’ time or experience.
