Staff was kind and courteous (a rarity for this type of thing, in my experience) and I was in and out within less than half an hour. It was as easy an experience as such a thing can be, and I'm giving 5 stars simply because of the courtesy and professionalism of the staff when my past experiences with other facilities have often been the opposite.
