Visit the Planned Parenthood health center in Lansing, MI for emergency contraception (morning after pill), abortion, pregnancy testing, STD treatment, birth control, and sexual and reproductive health care.
They called me the morning of my 10/21 appointment after I had it scheduled for 3 WEEKS telling me they didn’t have a provider to see me. Then was instructed by the healthcare manager at the center that they would give me a call back that week to give me priority to reschedule the appointment when they had a provider and I never received a call back. They are now apparently accepting appointments and seeing patients but never called me back. An absolutely BS handling of this and a waste of my time to make me go to the GR location when they never followed through.

The staff were super kind and helpful, this is the only place I'm going to go for uterine health/contraceptive appointments from now on!

Came in for an IUD and the staff was absolutely amazing. I’m a young adult so I hadn’t even had a pap smear yet so I was a bit mortified and overwhelmed by the whole ordeal. Both the nurse and the nurse practitioner were fantastic, they answered all my questions and made me feel so much better. It didn’t even hurt as much as I expected ❤️

Hate coming here but it’s like the only option in Lansing. Made an appt at 9:10. 1 of 2 people in the lobby, still sitting in lobby at 9:40. Did online pre check to avoid wait time but was asked to refill in info on kiosk which isn’t a big deal just a bit strange. People select appointment times for a reason and PP (much like a lot of healthcare services) don’t seem to grasp this concept ever. If I wanted to see the doctor at 9:40 or later, I would have booked that time. I’m not a walk-in so it’s particularly ridiculous and I had to wait weeks for an available appointment.
