  I came here for assistance with testing after my partner cheated. I made the appointment and waited days. I come in, and they say they won't accept my insurance anymore. Then they say due to me having BILLS that I will have to pay out of pocket at a few hundred to get actually tested. Then the lady starts asking me what I need to be tested for in front of other patients, completely ignoring my privacy, and being incredibly non-discreet. I am homeless, jobless, and was lured across the country by a sexual predator that tried to rape me. Now I have a lawsuit filed, and can't find anywhere to live, need treatment and came here for help to be told "since you have bills, were going to have to charge you out of pocket" On top of that I have the lady at the counter talking loudly about my symptoms and asking about private medical information in ear-shot and in front of other patients. I highly value my privacy. I shouldn't have to explain my situation, symptoms, and reason for being here IN FRONT OF OTHER PATIENTS. Every year I make donations to Planned parenthood, even though I can't afford it because usually they are great. Never again. This is the first time I've had an issue here with this sort of thing, and I can 100% tell you I won't be back to this one.

  This place is an absolute joke. Had a 9:20 appointment for my depo shot. Sat in the waiting room for 20 minutes then got put in a room. Waited another hour until someone came into the room for me. There is no reason I was there for almost two hours for a shot. Make sure if you make an appointment you clear your whole day to wait on them.

  They called me the morning of my 10/21 appointment after I had it scheduled for 3 WEEKS telling me they didn’t have a provider to see me. Then was instructed by the healthcare manager at the center that they would give me a call back that week to give me priority to reschedule the appointment when they had a provider and I never received a call back. They are now apparently accepting appointments and seeing patients but never called me back. An absolutely BS handling of this and a waste of my time to make me go to the GR location when they never followed through.

  The staff were super kind and helpful, this is the only place I'm going to go for uterine health/contraceptive appointments from now on!

  Came in for an IUD and the staff was absolutely amazing. I’m a young adult so I hadn’t even had a pap smear yet so I was a bit mortified and overwhelmed by the whole ordeal. Both the nurse and the nurse practitioner were fantastic, they answered all my questions and made me feel so much better. It didn’t even hurt as much as I expected ❤️
