The emergency room is an over utilized, expensive and stressful place to seek healthcare when you don’t have a true medical emergency. In fact, the cost of care received at the ER is approximately 700% higher than similar care received at an urgent care! We offer a solution. Lansing Urgent Care promises you premier care in an unrivaled urgent care setting. Many medications are available on site for your convenience to eliminate the need to spend additional time and often money at the pharmacy. We have digital X-Ray, rapid lab testing on site, and our average door to door times are under an hour (compared with 3-4 hours at an emergency department).

I was able to register at the screen and then completed my registration with my phone after receiving a link. My wait time was reasonable and the site keeps you updated on how many people are ahead of you and how long your estimated wait time is. The staff was friendly and helpful. Both the PA and the Doctor who met with me were nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was made to feel that I mattered as a patient and that they understood my issue. I was able to get in and out in a reasonable time and given instructions when checking out. Overall, a great experience and I will definitely go back to the Westside Lansing Urgent Care in the future for any minor health issues that I may have.

I checked in at desk, shortly I was called in so medical assistant could find out what my illness was and to write down information for Dr and to also administer COVID test, which was Neg. Yay. Then Dr came in, examined me, no prescription needed but gave me suggestions on what to take for allergies. Told me to call if I got worse. I was in and out in less then 45 minutes. Happy patient.
