When he called to schedule an appointment, he was turned away. He was told that rinehart does not accept his type of insurance, even though the insurance company confirmed that they do. This is unacceptable. For someone who is seeking help, which is rare, it's discouraging to find a place that feels comfortable, only to be lied to and turned away. I wanted to share this publicly because no one deserves that kind of treatment and I would not support a company that treats people like this.
