  All of the one star reviews reflect my experience completely! Go elsewhere, which unfortunately is out of town since there are no other uro practices here. Maybe that accounts in part for their behavior.

  I have been absolutely suffering it takes 3-4 months just to see a doctor I am already established with I need surgery and they won't even see me until the only time I could have the surgery I might as well just die

  John st. Urology Office girl told me I needed a referral, even though my insurance said I didn't need one. I got the referral. Called back, she said I needed to have had 2 infections within a 3 months time! Went to emergency room 3 times for it within 1 month. She said we can only except 1 because it wasn't worded right on the other!! So I couldn't get in!! Can't get over it. On antibiotics every day to keep it at bay. Very upset!!!!! Dei all over the place. Help!!

  First visit was good with Dr. White who was a fill in because they were short staffed. She was nice and competent. Dr. White sent lab paperwork to go to the lab when having an infection and they would call me in a script so I didn’t have to go to Urgent Care. Long story short, they don’t contact you about results/follow up or provide timely TREATMENT! They don’t return calls, kind of rude and EXTREMELY incompetent. I know more than they do about UTIs and I don’t have a medical degree. I couldn’t get help so it went to my kidneys and I was in so much pain before they sent an antibiotic and then didn’t tell me when they did. I was so mad and in so much pain. I was talking to an after hours nurse at Bronson because this office just randomly closed before their posted business hours. She helped me locate and get my script and was kind. I was so mad, in pain and emotional. I was embarrassed! I will be switching practices. Worst doctor’s office experience I have ever had. And it wasn’t just one thing. I get people make mistakes, but this was way beyond that. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

  Never answer the phone. I've tried calling x4 times. Every time I end up hanging up after 10 minutes.
