I went in to see Dr. Grant Bowman because I have been having knee pain since May. I have done PT, still actively doing Pt, they ordered. Nothing has helped with the pain. Let's see what another surgeon says. After introducing himself, he says, I don't know why you are here. Your scans all look great! So, why am I still having pain in my knee. You need to lose weight. Mind you I have lost 25 pounds when this all started. He didn't even examine my knee. He basically walked in with his mind made up that I need to lose weight and the scans show everything looking good. Back to, then why am I still in pain? Would not recommend him as a surgeon!

Dr. Waterson was very pleasant to work with, he is very proffesional and knowledgeable! The fact that he took the time to figure out my problem, and offered great solutions without rushing anything! I have never been a fan of many doctors but he is top notch, and I highly recommend him and his team. Also the front desk ladies were great!

Have gone to this office for at least 10 yrs for knee injections. They said they changed their billing procedures and now Medicare prescription insurance is what is charged for the injectable medication and isn't covered by my plan.wasnt notified until the next one was due and I can't bend my rt knee at all and am in unbelievable pain. Would have been nice to have received notice of this. Made life very hard for me

The doctor I saw was condescending. I was referred to after an MRI about a tear in an ankle tendon. I simply asked to speak to a surgeon while starting physical therapy. (I have no objection to physical therapy) I just had more questions. I stated I had been off work for 10 weeks and wanted the extra information. He wrote in my file that I said I "wasted" 10 weeks already. Which is wild because how is being injured wasting time? All of his notes make it seem like I was an inconvenience and unable to understand my injury. I do not pretend that I am a medical professional, which is why I wanted to get all opinions and answers. If you want to be treated like an actual person... don't come to this practice.
