  My primary doctor referred me here because I have chronic symptoms of autoimmune disorder with blood tests that are always borderline normal. I waited months for the appointment and was eager to finally get some answers and/or relief. Instead the doctor kept saying “why are you here? Your blood looks fine.” He dismissed all my symptoms and refused to run more tests. I have never been more distressed by a doctor appointment in my life; I told him my symptoms and he kept saying “but why are you here?” After repeating myself several times I gave up and finally said “I guess I don’t know why I’m here! My doctor referred me!” I gave three stars because I didn’t get enough care to say whether it was bad or not. The front desk people were nice.

  Dr. Jackson is awesome! He goes above and beyond the call of duty. He triumphs with his active listening skills & explains things so that the average layperson can understand. Dr. Jackson is highly knowledgeable, understanding, empathetic, compassionate and has a great sense of humor! I always seem to leave his office feeling better than when I came in. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends! The ladies at the front desk make you feel welcomed and accommodating.🥰 only 5 stars? I would have gladly given ten stars.

  Dr. Jackson spent over an hour with me and was incredibly thorough in his examination and questioning. He has a wealth of knowledge that he shares in a way that’s easy to understand. I felt comfortable asking questions and sharing my experiences. Highly recommend.

  I love my Dr Desmond Jackson! He's my favorite Dr by far. He has helped me so much.
