Although nobody enjoys having a health crisis, Bronson Quick Care Plus makes your medical treatment a heartwarming experience 🥰. They have a great team who are both skilled and compassionate, I felt confident my needs were met. They asked poignant questions and LISTENED to my answers, I felt heard and esteemed. The staff go the extra mile to make you feel valued, offering bottles of water and purse size packs of tissue to waiting clients. Bronson Quick Care Plus is worth the drive if you do not live in the downtown area.

I came in this morning and was greeted by the most angelic Patient Care Representative named Tracy! Beautiful smile and professional. The medical staff that assisted me in my visit were amazing. However, I’m grateful for having the pleasure of being taking care of by Tracy. I hope the company is aware of how exceptional she is at representing Bronson Quick care Plus.

I perfer this one not only because it's close to my house. But the people there is so nice and helpful. You get right in and they take care of you. Immediately, the longest I have ever been there is probably I would say an hour, and that is, when I had to get the X-ray done. Which they do right there and had to get a boot put on because of my ankle having a hairline fracture. I feel they take very good care of you and also that time I had to get a drug test done. And a Breathalyzer due to me getting hurt at work. Amber was the best there she is no longer at this site. I just recently went there and did get good care.Just not as good as with Amber.

Won't go when they won't test a patient for strep throat when the patient tells them they can't swallow but can tell both patients they will only test one for covid and the flu when both went in for separate illnesses that are nothing alike

I brought my two children to this facility. We are Black/African American and Hispanic. The registration staff and doctors were great, no issues there. However, the security guard completely ruined the experience. He made me feel profiled and uncomfortable from the moment we arrived. He paced around me and my children at least six times, then came back out and began spraying around us, which felt targeted and disrespectful. When I asked him what the issue was, he accused us of smelling like marijuana. At that time, the only other people present were a clean, well-kept Caucasian family with two babies. I asked them directly if they smelled anything, and they said no, and that they do not smoke. Neither do I. This accusation was offensive, embarrassing, and completely unacceptable, especially in front of my children. I felt singled out and disrespected based on appearance alone. When I asked for his name, he rudely said “Mike” with an attitude and walked off. This behavior should be taken seriously and investigated immediately. I would be extremely uncomfortable returning to this facility if this individual continues to work here.
