  They used to be good idk what happened. Came to check some things & did testing he said everything looked fine …. 3 days later still having the same symptoms. He would rather argue w me den to just test what I asked to be tested for! Kept telling me to go to my OBGYN but she is so booked I can’t get an appt! This is why we have these places & they don’t help :/

  My husband and I have been sick for the last few weeks so we finally bit the bullet and came in to see why we aren’t getting better. This was some of the best bedside service we have ever had. They were friendly, fun and even remembered my husband when I came back in later in the day. I was kind of sad my appointment went so quickly! ;) Thank you to the staff for helping us and for being so friendly and helpful!

  Terrible customer service. Their communication is a lie. Don't believe anything they tell you on the phone! I called before coming in and they said they would take patients up to 15 minutes before close. In the 20 minutes it took to get there, they decided to close early due to "capacity," which they said nothing about over the phone. They were unapologetic about their lack of communication and just tried to excuse away their incompetentcy and rabbits trails they sent me on before I came. Try a video visit - they weren't scheduling, come on in - we're at capacity come back tomorrow. What a joke! Kristy's nurse/receptionist manner was just unhelpful and apathetic, like she was trying to do whatever possible to get out of having to actually help anyone.

  My son went in for a migraine got told to go to the e.r that they don't have actual doctors and they only do physical's. They are rude and it's a waste of time going here
