  Elizabeth Everett, NP has great bedside manner. She was so friendly and engaged appropriately with my 3-year-old. She explains things in easy-to-understand language and confirms everything with you, the parent. It's obvious she truly cares for her patients.

  The secretaries here are so sweet, everyone here is courteous, and they are very helpful. The facility is clean, and I always feel welcome :)

  The worst ENT I’ve ever been to. Dr. Sullivan performed sinus surgery on me. I continued to get sinus infections. I would go back and he continued to tell me the “surgery was successful” when it wasn’t. This was 2 years ago. I’m still sick, and I’ve gone to another ENT and have had to have 2 more sinus surgeries since then. He performed surgery only on my maxillary sinuses when the real problem was my frontal sinuses. Such bad practice to tell a patient who’s sick and suffering that a half a$ed surgery was successful. Terrible terrible ENT. Go elsewhere.

  I came here as a referral from my family doctor because I’m having very bad ear infections and still am and the doctor I seen looked in my ear and said I’m going to prescribe you ear drops and that should make everything better. Ma’am don’t you think my family doctor sent me here because you could do more for me then she could she prescribe me the same ear drops you did and they didn’t work that’s why I got sent here. So here I am still 2 months later with ear infections every other week. I had to call around myself to see if I could get in somewhere else for this problem because I know it’s more serious then just ear drops.
