  My son had a great experience with the surgeon and the staff. Very carrying. The Billing side seem very difficult we received a call that we paid to much and we are owed money. Every time we call to discuss to see if we got a check or electronic transaction. Something comes up like I have to do some more research and get back to you on that. I called today and even though my sons surgery and payment happened when he was 17. I now have to have him give me consent so they can continue to talk to me. 3 star is on service alone it would be higher if was not for all confusion with billing and we have blue cross blue shield it should be pretty simple.

  Surgery great, but when you show up, and they require $14,400 up front, this is disconcerting. After getting them paid, we find out over 4 months later (only after I called) that they owe us money, and will pay us between 30 and 90 days later. Not a fan of this type of charade.

  Usually surgery is a scary experience, but everyone here made me not even worry about it. From check-in to leaving the people were great. Everyone I came in contact with was caring, funny, and knowledgeable. Definitely the place I want to go if I need something important taken care of!

  I had the best experience. Because I was the last patient of the day, most of the nurses kept checking on me because there were no other patients to check on! Everyone was so sweet and it was so quiet in comparison to the hospital!
