  Let me start off by saying I’m a very sensitive person that’s been dealing with medical issues for over 17 years. I had two appointments today and a blood draw. Bronson’s brand new building was beautiful and clean. I have immune issues and I have struggled to feel safe and clean in facility settings; especially since Covid. Everyone employed was tightly masked and patients are reminded at the door to wear a mask properly. I got into my appointment quickly and the front desk was very nice. I was nervous and my nurse recognized that. She reassured me not to be nervous and I instantly felt more cared for and at ease. She was very nice and thorough. The doctor I saw was amazing and full of knowledge. He was very nice and I did not feel like he was trying to put me through unnecessary testing or medication. The entire building was very clean. I went to get my blood drawn- I wish I would have gotten her name. She was Amazing! She did her job over and beyond. I had several tubes to be drawn today. She was extra gentle with me. She double checked all of her work to make sure I wouldn’t need any retesting. She made sure throughout that I was feeling ok. The chair I sat in To give blood was clean and she was also very careful with her cleanliness. It was the absolute best definition of healthcare I could ask for, especially in a cancer center. Thank you!

  Used their restroom on the 4th floor before my infusion treatment, and it was clean, state of the art, and inviting. What you ask for in a bathroom. The staff is also incredibly nice, as well as professional, and knowledgeable.

  So slow not at all the service you get at west michigan cancer center. At wmcc they cared about thier patients, here you wait. Would not recommend bronson to anyone. Have been to a lot of facilities in my moms 2 years battle and this place is by far the worst.
