  I am very disappointed with this department's customer service. I was a former patient of Dr. Lusis and called to make an appointment. It was made. I was called saying it had been too long since I had seen him, (1 1/2 years), and that I needed to have a general appointment at the office. It was made for 10/03/2025. On 10/01/2025 I received a call saying I now needed a referral. 2 days before my appointment. Needless to say, I was very upset. I am now convinced that they do not want me as a patient, for some reason. And they have succeeded.

  Everyone was helpful and kind when i had tests done for possible nerve damage. Thank you guys.
