  I took my son for labwork. We arrived at 5:45 with a closing time of 6. My son fainted during the blood draw. The phlebotomist made me feel at ease. She responded quickly and took great care of my son. We ended up being there until 6:30 to which I apologized profusely. She didn't seem bothered the least bit.

  I've had to take both of my babies here ( 1 & 2 years old ), for lab work multiple times. Each time, all of the staff have been friendly, professional and have gone above and beyond to help calm a stressful situation down, as best as they can.

  After waiting 45 min to schedule an appointment, I arrived and was told that there was an hour and a half wait! Could I have gotten a call before my 25 minute drive? Now I am waiting on hold again, 10 minutes so far, to reschedule.
