  if you want 2 or 4 different bills but not get any statements from the other entitys you have bills with come here to get royally screwed over and not know you owe a bill to someone that isnt bronson

  This ER room is terrible we have been here over 5 hours after an auto accident and wife and daughter still haven’t been seen and in a lot of pain.

  Fiance went in with heart complications and striking pains to her chest. Had to wait 5+ hours to see anyone. Meanwhile they tell you first come first served but they took back someone with the same symptoms almost immediately as they arrived. Receptionist have all been incredibly rude to everyone that has asked about a wait time while they sit upfront and laugh about it. No better than Three Rivers ER, but at least TR will get you back into a room in a short period of time. Not in 5+ hours with 40 rooms available.   I'm tired of having bad experience especially putting a needle in me I have a picture of my hand the last time I had a needle it is all bruised and swollen

  I get being understaffed… but sitting in a waiting room for 5hrs… watching people get called back that came in hours after you in enraging! I get there is a triage process. But because I don’t know the magic words to get bumped to the top…. Verses someone else who does…. Seems crazy. I could be internally bleeding… sitting in this waiting room for these 5hrs! Then the staff is just laughing and cracking jokes like we aren’t all exhausted… in pain and frustrated! I’ve felt the urge to leave several times… but I also don’t want to bleed out at home.
