We lost my father today, and he was being cared for here, I cannot express enough just how caring and professional these people have been thru all this, at his end of life care it was as if they were taking care of their own family there truly was that level of love and compassion, just above and beyond anything my family could've ever imagine and we're so blessed and grateful for that. Can't say enough good things about this hospital and it's staff
This is the worst excuse for a medical building I have ever seen. Hospital? That's what this is. Flabbergasted. The way my mother was treated after a life altering spinal, surgery is absolutely disgusting. Leaving her soaking wet & cold after ice packs busted on her. Me having to clean her puke up after her nurse never came back. Having pain medications withheld and restricted by nurses to the point of having to involve neurology, attempting to give her medications shes never taken for conditions she does not have. The most vial an disgusting was being accused by an RN of checking her pain medications out of the pharmacy as if she was not bed ridden on the neurological floor. Watching the same RN put blood pathogens in the TRASH CAN. She was discharged without oral medications, proper spinal, support. And was allowed to WALK OUT with out supervision or a wheelchair. How thankful she was not alone huh. This hospital is the full of the things you only hear in horror movies. Protect your loved ones. Advocate for them. This place does not care. Will do more harm then good!!!!

This happened a decade ago and, I'll admit, I never said "I've been raped." It took me another year to be able to say that. But, I showed up in this er, bruised and despondent. I was very clearly upset. This ER and the woman who was running it treated me as if I was a problem. The only time she attempted to speak to me was when my "number" came up and it was clear that I was taking up space for actual emergencies. ... Being raped is just cannon.... If you are out there, I hope your sense of safety is also blown up. You deserve it.
I was at bronson for an outpatient surgery and I must say being in and out of hospitals all my life this was the best experience I have ever had. The nurses where absolutely wonderful, I have never had this kind of care anywhere else. Bless those nurses they deserve the world!

What I am about show you is gross, but needs to be shown. I have loved Bronson for many years. I see that over the years the care for patients and the look of the facility has definitely gone down. I wish I was able to show pictures. Horrible!!!! My fiancé was admitted yesterday for a infection in her kidney, due to a 14mm kidney stone, she had 3. So instead of cleaning the room she was placed in a NASTY, DIRTY AND FRANKLY LOOKS LIKE A GAS STATION BATHROOM. GROSS!!! BLOOD AND FLUID ON THE FLOOR. I CALLED EXPLAINED THE SITUATUON TO A NURSE, SHE EXPLAINED WHY AND ALSO WHY MY FIANCÉ WAS NOT BE LOOKED OVER PROPERLY. I get it short staff, being the weekend and all the other excuses, but when it come to patients they need to step it up, oh bedside manner by the doctor was horrible. To SOME of the doctors in Bronson, if you are in it for the $$ and not for WHAT YOU PLEDGED, which is too take care patients NO MATTER what. The doctors who went into the career for the people and are caring and loving, we need more of you. So sad....technology of medicine has advanced, that is great but take better care of those that need and trust you.
