  Front desk is very rude. I called asking about availability. The person who answered already had an attitude, clearly did not want to be answering phones. She says “None of our doctors are taking patients” okay that’s fine. I ask about a wait list; “we don’t have one” and then proceeds to just hang up.

  good Dr office but the lady was a b….h today when I asked her for directions there - “it’s the same place it’s been for the last 7 years, across from the Shell station” - 🙄

  Tried to a schedule an appointment for what I felt was very important and time-sensitive, but had to wait a couple days to get in. I arrived early for my appointment time (or so I thought) only to find out that whoever scheduled the appointment told me one time, but scheduled me for another. I received no confirmation calls either, which could’ve been a red flag regarding the discrepancy in appointment times. They turned me away for today (which I already cleared my busy work schedule for), and said the soonest I could get back in with my PCP was the following week. I could see another provider, but still not today. There was also no office manager on site to voice my concerns. Very unprofessional!
