  Had my new patient appointment yesterday and the staff was wonderful. They got me in fast, and the customer service was top notch! Kathleen Rankin is my new primary care physician and she made me feel very comfortable and was easy to talk to. I felt cared for and received some honest advice. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for care in the area!

  If i could rate my Dr. alone it would be 5 stars. but the lack of accountability for the people answering the phones is horrid. I sat on hold for 15 min only to transferred to a full voicemail with out a word. when i went in i wasn't allowed to speak to the office manager or to leave her a voice mail, the staff simply covered for each other and said there was no record of the call on their end, i showed her the call log and she said it must have been some other department that answered. I expressed that a error in the system is not my fault and that i wanted to speak to someone so we could find a solution moving forward to assure this didn't happen to someone else, i was met with no concern and deflection in office.

  The staff here is amazing! The front desk staff is always so kind and accommodating. They are the best! I have seen multiple doctors here and they have all been extremely professional and took the time to address all my concerns.

  Bronson should be ashamed to have their name on this establishment. Hands down the most incompetent support staff I have ever witnessed at any doctors office. If you seek to be ignored and disappointed this is the place for you.
