  Had my first infusion this past Thursday. Everything was very easy and simple. They checked in on me frequently and offered drinks, crackers, warm blankets.

  Very friendly and efficient staff. My infusion has been started on time 9 and a half out of 10 times. The product I use has always been available to me and double checked between pharmacy and staff. Rates are double checked. Vitals are monitored. The only issue i have had is not being able to schedule on the day i wanted because of limited space.

  I had 7 treatments at the infusion center and I found the people there to be friendly, helpful, and efficient.
