  Husband had a 2.30 appointment. The receptionist said that someone will be there soon. She then proceeds to scold her child on the ring app on her phone. The people in the back were all laughing and the guy was chasing the women with some kind of grabber thing and the women were running around and giggling. After 30 minutes of sitting there watching all this with absolutely no one coming to get him he walked out. Thing is when we set an appointment with someone that we are paying we expect nit to have to wait for half an hour before being called into a room is kinda ridiculous. Our time is valuable to. And the display of unprofessionalism is something else.

  I am used to going to borgess this was my first experience with Bronson, was very pleased with the service very well staff and friendly took care of me right away from the emergency room surgery the next day out the following will recommend

  I called during the hours they said they were open. Got a recording saying they were closed. I got the operator and she said she would transfer me to someone who could help. I got the recording they are closed. I am calling after 1:45 and it's not a weekend or holiday. They are trying to Bill me twice for ER visit. The same Bill was in my itemized bill from Bronson hospital. It's been paid . Again. It's after 1:45 on a weekday and a message says they are closed. Are they in a different time zone than eastern time zone. It says they are located in Detroit. Not sure what to do. Ill try calling a few more times I guess.
