  Grossly incompetent. Dr. Cannot be bothered to help with a flare after hours. Takes the staff months to schedule the right appointment, yes I said schedule the appointment. Not the wait to actually have the appointment.

  Dismissed and medically gaslighted I suggest they take a bit of time to listen to their patients concerns. Even after many follow ups it was obvious my pain was not a priority. Showing respect is key and a quick diagnosis may be routine for them but could be a traumatic moment in ones life. As medical professionals it's important to listen to all healthcare members this includes the patient. Medical professionals in my opinion need to have the same objective to find a solution to the problem of legitimate issues and make better decisions and provide better patient care.

  If I could give zero stars, that is what they deserve. I decided to get a second opinion from another gastroenterologist and they decided that I have continued care elsewhere. They lack compassion, quality patient care, and would not recommend them to ANYONE!

  They never answer when you call, I've always had to leave multiple voicemails before they ever get back to me. This is about appointments, biopsies results, etc...they seem to be very unprofessional. I was supposed to have test results in1 to 2 days and they were supposed to call with them and it's been 9 days, multiple voicemails later and still no reply.
