Dr McKeeby is the best. She listens and is always on your side and helps you achieve your health goals. Bronson family medicine as a whole I like too bc the patient portal is such a convenient way to communicate with your doc or the staff. Mychart is great and contains lots of personalized information regarding your health. I’ve always found the reception and staff to be very helpful and kind

Front office staff is completely incompetent. They don't understand HIPAA rules, they go against what their own doctors have instructed in making appointments and have to be superseded by the clinical staff. We used to see Justice and he is as incompetent as the front desk staff. He likes to see patients that he can manipulate, and does not listen to anyone whom may be seeing a specialty provider for some of their issues. Contrary to his reviews, he is very subpar.

My dad, that's on Medicare, made an appointment just to ask questions about some medications and ended up getting a bill for what he owes over $200. When we called to ask why it's so high they said they charge almost $300( before insurance) just for him to sit in the waiting room and for them to clean up after him. I am also a patient here and have never seen these charges for myself. I believe this is their way of taking advantage of people on Medicare.

I am so disappointed in this office. I brought my child back in December for a scheduled polio vaccine. They didn’t tell us until about 30 minutes after we arrived that they were all out of the polio vaccine and we had wasted a trip in. Exposing ourselves unnecessarily to people who were sick in the waiting room with the winter crud (which of course we wound up with about a week later). As frustrated as I was, I didn’t want to write a review based on this incident because let’s face it, most people get sick in the winter. However, I was told, at that time that I would receive a phone call when they got more of the vaccine in. That never happened. Found out today that they have had it in for ages but no one bothered to call. I guess I just don’t understand how a place can be so pushy about vaccines but then not bother communicating with their patients when they schedule for them. From the running out to the restocking, zero communication. It’s frustrating and makes me feel like my kid is just a number in their eyes. It’s disappointing.
