  If I could give zero stars I would. Seen by 2 of their doctors and was told I had internal hemorrhoids, never once mentioned external and they could take care of it during a colonoscopy. That is the only reason that I agreed to do it. Get done and they tell me that I don't have internal that they're external and a different surgery would be needed. Then my wife asked the doctor if I had any polyps and the doctor said no clean as a whistle. Then the nurse came in and said they removed a polyp. And the nurse says we'll they see a lot of people so she must have forgot. Well that doesn't sit well with me, especially with the computer in front of you with all the information. I will not use Bronson for anything again.

  Don’t listen to the poor reviews. I was nervous after reading them but was relieved after meeting Dr. Itawa. He has a good sense of humor which is always helpful and made me feel comfortable. He knows what he is taking about and I left with all of my questions answered. Shout out to the sweet ladies at the desk too .

  If I could leave this place a zero I would. The ladies at the desk were fabulous however the "doctor" was completely rude and disrespectful. I put doctor in parenthesis because doctors are supposed to care for their patients. Mr Itawi was who I saw. I refused to see him after our very brief encounter. No one asked me why I was there, what symptoms I had and their medical advice was solely given off my family history. Then he told me that the nurse told him I was uncomfortable so he wanted to "make me uncomfortable". I was so shocked he said that. I expect for a provider of care to listen to me, let me ask questions and we collectively decide what is the best course of action based on all relevant info, but that did not happen. I also expect to be made comfortable and reassured my health is in good care. I was refunded my copay and I asked to file a grievance against the man I saw today. Hopefully it is handled appropriately.

  Dr. Itawi has the worst bedside manner of any doctor I have ever seen in my life. He went on and on about my weigh and my body shape (completely unrelated to my issue). I am 5"2 and weigh 105lbs which is PERFECTLY normal. Was brash and abrasive in my examination. Which also felt rushed. Told me that he could preform a colonoscopy but I would need to be awake for it (nothing about that is standard protocol) and then accused me of being drug seeking for asking to be put to sleep like the last time I had one. I dressed quickly and left. I can't speak for any other doctor in this surgical office but I would never advise anyone to see this man. Worst experience.
