  Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Your comfort seems to be their priority. And part of that is explaining your condition in ways that you can understand. My experience included misreading my appointment time and arriving an hour early. I was embarrassed as I turned away saying, "I'll see you in an hour". They're like, Hold on. You're here now. And I'll sum it up with I was in a room with a doctor within 5 minutes.
