  Our agency had a family in need. The customer service that we received from Bronson's was exceptional. Many business and leadership books share stories of companies' customer service legends. I've never experienced anything quite like what happened with Bronson Mothers' Milk Bank. Bronson just came into my awareness today, but I will be spreading the word about the service that they deliver.

  Amazing! I cannot say enough about how great the Mother’s Milk Bank is. My little guy was in the NICU for two LONG weeks and they were there with milk for him until mine came in. It’s a blessing to have such a fantastic resource in Kalamazoo!
