  They let patients slip through the cracks, and don't listen to them when they try and adjust their medication for a better quality of life. I'm not sure why anyone would risk their health here, when Borgess is just across town with a MUCH higher success rate, across the board. If you wanted to report anything? You will get the runaround. Apparently the person who's in charge of patient relations now is, " brand new, and just too busy to address your concerns that she doesn't feel are important enough.". I wonder if they'll feel its important now? I know the entire reddit pages devoted to warning people about spending time and money at this location, does. Do better, Bronson.
