I did not have to wait long to be seen, and during my cleaning and the following exam I was made to feel comfortable by way of their gentle care as well as the TV and music playing to be completly honest. All of my questions relating to my procedures and costs were answered, even ones just out of simple curiosity about their technology and techniques! The front office staff were quite chipper and happy to help me with processing my insurance and scheduling my follow-up appointments. I love having such a professional, thorough dentist office so close to home and I will certainly be coming back in the future. I can't recommend them enough!!

She hung up in my face while I was still talking, I tried to call back and she cursed at me, she wouldn’t give her name or answer the phone after that. I will be calling the state and whoever I need to, to report her and the entire clinic. This is NOT how you treat your patients. Sincerely, a Medical Assistant who knows patient care. She is an absolute embarrassment to your office. I truly hope you know that. I hope someone sees this that can hopefully protect future patients from having the same experience. This was uncalled for. Nobody, especially one of your patients should be talked to or treated like that, and then hung up on multiple times. That’s so insane. Out of my 11 years I’ve never dealt with someone in a medical office like this. I’m flabbergasted. I will be filing complaints. Good luck to your practice with a short fused receptionist.

- TPTatiyona PoeOct 18, 20255.0How quick it was my dentist was AMAZING he looked at my tooth and instantly start getting to work and it didn’t even hurt I’m so happy I choose this Dentist others probably would’ve looked and sent me to come back at another time nope not him ! 10/10 would recommend this dentist to anybody and his assistant was so helpful and she explained everything so well they are a really good team
