I then spoke with the dentist, who said the hygienist didn’t have time. A manager later came in and told me not to listen to the dentist, saying he didn’t know what he was talking about and that she was in charge. She then contradicted the earlier statements and said they did have time, but only if I paid an additional $110 beyond what I had already paid. At no point was this additional charge explained beforehand, and I was never told prior to arrival that my scheduled cleaning might not happen or would cost more. The conflicting information, last-minute upcharge, and internal disagreement between staff were extremely unprofessional. I wasted my time and left with having to pay more for the service I scheduled and already paid for. I would not recommend this office based on my experience.

I did not have to wait long to be seen, and during my cleaning and the following exam I was made to feel comfortable by way of their gentle care as well as the TV and music playing to be completly honest. All of my questions relating to my procedures and costs were answered, even ones just out of simple curiosity about their technology and techniques! The front office staff were quite chipper and happy to help me with processing my insurance and scheduling my follow-up appointments. I love having such a professional, thorough dentist office so close to home and I will certainly be coming back in the future. I can't recommend them enough!!
