The manager is really on top of making sure everyone wishes you a good day , they make eye contact and always cleaning. Sarah goes out of her way to make sure the bathrooms are exceptionally clean. Drew was washing windows and doors with a smile on his face. The only thing I would recommend is maybe some air fresheners in the main area because sometimes it’s musty when theirs so much traffic. Thank you for such a nice place
- DSDaniel SchifkoNov 13, 20251.0If you're getting the black card anyways, sign up and pay at another location. I had a second account I was paying for and tried to cancel it. I went through all of the proper channels to cancel and was assured my cancelation was processed. This store proceeded to charge me for four months of membership and the annual fee for the second account. Additionally they somehow charged for late fees because of how my card was linked to the account in their system, even though the money was in my bank account on the due date. I was referred to the billing company who told me I had to have the store issue a refund request on my behalf and since then crickets. There is never anyone on site that can help. I tried to deal with this over the phone and in person. The gym itself and the staff are just fine but a total lack of customer service from whoever runs this store
