  Keaton and the installation team at 101 Mobility offered us a very professional sales and installation experience for our church. They worked together as a team with our building contractor and provided the perfect solution using the Savaria Vertical Platform Lift at a reasonable price and within our budget.   I contacted at least 5 different places to see if a stair lift was possible to help my husband. By far 101 Mobility was the best company to give me the answers I needed. This is an extremely professional company. Working with Keaton Ayers was easy, the service was quick and worked in my time frame. Dave the installer was quick and efficient and very knowledgeable as well. I will highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an affordable stair lift from a fantastic company

  I called five companies looking for information to get a stair chairlift installed at our house for my mother-in-law to use. As she’s gotten older, stairs have gotten much harder for her. From the minute I spoke to Keaton, I knew we were going with 101 mobility. I also loved that they have a local office here in Grand Rapids. Keaton came out to our house and my mother-in-law thought he was great as well. We were happy to find out they had an opening the week after our meeting. The guys that came out to install the lift were great and Keaton came out again as well. The lift works great and everything was done exactly as described. I highly highly recommend 101 mobility! Every single person I talked to was great!

  When you have an unexpected life changing event and a loved one can no longer access their own home due to an elevation, it creates devastation. I called 101 mobility one night very late in desperate need of support. When a caring associate answered on the other end and promptly set me up with an at home consultation, I instantly felt relief. The very next day I had a bid and an install date. Only one short week later there is a chair lift installed in my parents home allowing them access to the home again. This was a life changing moment in my Mothers ability to enjoy here own home again. Thank you Keaton and Team at 101 Mobility. I am very impressed and will Rave about you for a very long time.

  We purchased a stairlift from 101 Mobility and could not be happier. They were quick to come out and give us a quote, and right on in their timeframe to install. We had a slight issue at first and the company was very quick to come out and fix it. Since then everything works perfectly! We could not be happier and highly recommend 101 Mobility.
