Sent my chart appointment request no response. Called office went straight to hold, now over 40 minutes.

Showed up 8 minutes late for my first appointment because I have severe numbness and pain so I can't move well and Judy Mitchelson wouldn't see me. I wouldn't want to be cared for by someone so callous anyway so maybe it was lucky.
