- MBMatthew BreemeerschNov 17, 20251.0I went here for a drug screening for a new job, and when I was called from the waiting room I tried to confirm it was for a drug test because there was another person of the same name in the waiting room. She said no, so I asked for the last name of the person she wanted and she gave me my last initial so I was taken back. She asked me to provide a urine sample for a DOT physical, but no drug test, and I said I was here for a drug test, and she replied no I was not. When I provided the sample I asked her to look at the authorization my new employer provided Concentra to see that it did request a drug screening. She stood her ground again that I wasn’t there for that, but then read the authorization form again and of course, she neglected to read the form at all and realized this after she did read it showing I needed a drug test. This led to me having to answer the medical history questions again online and also on paper which irritated me. Everything was fine after that, and I did not have any issues with the doctor doing the DOT physical, but the issue of them not even reading what I was there for bothered me enough to not want to go to this location again.

But, come on people have a little pep in your step. They move like snals. I was the 6th in the waiting room and it took 90 minutes. It usually takes 30 minutes. Don't go here if you're looking for in and out service.
