From my understanding the practice was bought out and itās an absolute shame. They are over booked under staffed and canāt seem to get things straight in the office. I had procedures scheduled and canceled twice once due to āillnessā (after reading the reviews that seems like a BS excuse), the other time was the office never put it on the schedule. When I was finally able to get in it was an absolute nightmare. To start the lady working the desk gave me a total for the day and I was quoted almost 200% higher than I was when I made the appointment. I ended up passing on one and just sticking with the few fillings I needed, and I have never been more uncomfortable in my life. I have had root canals that went smoother than this. The new doctor seems like she has no idea what she is doing and is extremely physical. Now that the numbness has wore off I notice the fillings were not filed down correctly and my jaw feels like I got smacked with a hammer. We will 100% never go back and I strongly encourage anyone looking for a dentist to avoid this place.
