- LLLuv LuaneJun 27, 20251.0I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience at this dental office. After being seated in the chair, I was left unattended for hours with no updates or communication. No one checked in on me, and I was left wondering what was going on the entire time. To make matters worse, the dental assistant was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful, with a sassy attitude that made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Instead of showing care or offering support, her tone and behavior came off as rude and dismissive. The dentist also lacked proper communication and empathy. I expected a higher level of professionalism and patient care, but what I received was a careless, disorganized, and frustrating experience. I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for respectful, timely, and quality. It’s elderly people that come in as well. While I was waiting for a whole 40 minutes to get seen a elderly lady walk out frustrated and this is not the first time this has happen. I do not recommend this office to anyone. They do not care about the patient at all.

I was really embarrassed with the shape of my teeth when I walked in and they were all so comforting and inviting and reassuring they are there to help. I’d recommend them 100x over.
