- TTTyonna TNov 13, 20214.0I recently went here for a MRI. I am grateful that they are open later for those who work a standard 9-5 job. I had no problems making an appointment but the receptionist was not that friendly. I called ahead to make sure that my appointment was still on and good to go (based off other reviews I read). So I had no problems in this department either. The MRI itself went fine but I felt somewhat rushed like they were trying to hurry and finish so they could go home for the night, as I did have the last appointment for the day. Overall, my experience was okay but not amazing.

It's very inconvenient for a stage 4 cancer patient to get up and drag themselves out of bed to get there and then to tell us it's not today. This has happened LITERALLY 3 times in the last 3 months. Only 1 person is pleasant, while others roll their eyes when you complain. Today I called to confirm before we left and they tell us that only 1 of my dad's scans were scheduled. And that we have to come back later in the week for the other. get your office organized and get it together people. I HATE USING THIS PLACE..
