Absolutely awful customer service and broken promises. I had to return a hearing aid because they didn't process it at the time they said they would, so I was charged for the full amount despite being promised that it would be billed before my insurance reset. The receptionist, who was trying her best to help, gave us the number for her boss, which turned out to be his personal phone number and he ACCUSED US OF LYING ABOUT WHERE WE GOT HIS NUMBER. the entire experience was awful and I'm down a hearing aid that I genuinely need. The whole thing was ridiculous and it left a horrible taste in my mouth.

Been going to the Hearing Center in Chelsea for well over 10 years. This last visit my partner and I had an appointment with Laura, a new audiologist at this location. In one hour we learned more about hearing loss and how to deal with it as we age than we’ve ever heard before. Our relationship has been improved greatly already thanks to Laura and the information she shared with us. She’s the real deal and we highly recommend her.

Sarah is always a pleasure to work with and she goes above and beyond to make sure everything is satisfactory with my hearing aides. She made some adjustments yesterday and I am already noticing an improvement in my hearing.
