How do you ask me to come early for an appointment for you to have me confused with someone else and Im not understanding how your confused when you literally just confirmed who i was. Prior to that i got my tooth pulled here july 3rd which took 4 hours and guess what they didnt even get the tooth out. No meds or anything. Do me a favor dont go here.

They called the night before my appointment to make sure I would be there the following day for the permanent cap. When I showed up for my appointment they said Oo no one called you? We didn’t get your cap in yet we will have to reschedule.. apparently my insurance ended ( not before getting approved) but now this place will not answer my calls… will not return my calls … I’m assuming it’s cause of the insurance issue but to have no communication with a patient that you’ve basically messed up their tooth by drilling it down… definitely would not recommend this place …
