I greeted them no one greeted me, I saw the ipad and then checked in. I did all paperwork on my phone and waited. It hit 11:15 I got up to ask if they need my id/ins card but they gave me attitude. It hit 11:30 and I was getting up to leave even tho I had a lot of pain. Then a lady came out apologizing saying they are cleaning your room. Ok. Then 11:37 they came and got me the assistant was so nice can’t deny that. She started doing all xrays needed etc then the dentist came and stopped her from getting all xrays because she has no time. Literally seconds into examining me she turns her head and checks computer then turns back, i don’t have time today but you ned root canal you might have a long term cavity! I waited almost an hour for not even 5 Minute exam. I will be contacting my insurance so they don’t get paid for everything they bill! Worse place ever. Save yourself time and go get the right care. This place is not it
