    Very bad experience. Dr Gunjan Patel tried to hide info and treat with no patience and false info. She does non-ethical work. She is careless with no remorse. She fix one of my teeth badly & drilled the other teeth and does not inform me. Please do not visit this clinic for dental treatment. I am planning to file a lawsuit because they damaged my tooth permanently.

    My experience with Canton Family Dentistry was initially very disappointing and frustrating. My appointment was delayed by over an hour due to what the staff claimed was a lack of confirmation — even though I had called multiple times beforehand. I was first told I had no cavities, only to be informed later during the same visit that I did, which felt inconsistent. After treatment, I experienced ongoing issues flossing on one side, and when I returned for a quick follow-up, the dentist spent less than two minutes checking it before sending me off with a suggestion to buy a different type of floss. Not long after, I began receiving repeated bills for that follow-up visit, despite being told it would be covered since the issue stemmed directly from their prior work. I called several times, was placed on long holds, and even received payment demand emails threatening collections, which made the experience stressful and upsetting. Thankfully, after finally speaking with Samantha, the issue was fully resolved — she was professional, patient, and extremely helpful in clearing up the billing confusion. While I genuinely appreciate her assistance and how she handled the matter, the overall experience left me uneasy about returning. Because of the repeated delays, miscommunication, and billing issues I encountered, I’ve decided that I will not be scheduling any future appointments with Canton Family Dentistry.

    I went in for a filling for a chip in my front tooth about 3 months ago. It was filled, it came out, they filled it again, & it came out again. At this point they told me it was going to have to be fixed with me paying for it, out of pocket. The dentist was rude, filed my tooth down to what I wasn’t happy with, & left the room. I won’t be going back here, what a bad experience.

    Excellent and professional teeth cleaning with Lajja. She was highly skilled and efficient. She clearly explained what she was doing and provided useful feedback on my oral hygiene routine. The entire experience was smooth and comfortable. My teeth feel fantastic. A truly five-star experience.
