Finally got brought back to a room with my 18 month old child that wreaked of marijuana. I asked to switch rooms which they did do that for us no problem, but the doctor barely looked at my child and kept pushing a flu test when I already told him she tested positive at home and I just wanted her ears and lungs checked out. Waste of an appt and had to go to a different urgent care the next day where she was given antibiotics and a breathing treatment.

Apparently no one communicates to each other here so be prepared to repeat why you’re there and all of your symptoms to every person you see, none of whom even introduced themselves. No idea who my Dr even was. I opted to be tested for Covid and flu A and B and had I not asked the Dr while he was walking away from me what my results were, I’d have never got them. He didn’t even seem to know I’d been tested. He also prescribed medications that won’t even help my condition, seemingly just to get me out the door. Unprofessional and unfriendly. First and last visit for sure.
