    I had to reschedule because I was sick and the receptionist went out of her way to fit me in the same week. My hygienist and all the staff are very friendly and have been each time I’ve went to Woodland Lake Family Dental.

    After my experience with this dentist, I felt compelled to warn others. Not only did the treatment cause more complications than I started with, but the care was completely inadequate and even destructive. What should have been routine procedures turned into an absolute nightmare. I left with more pain, swelling, and issues that weren’t there previously. They were rushing through the appointments without addressing my concerns. When I called about concerns, they were very dismissive. There was even a brand new assistant that admitted how disorganized and carless the practice was and expressed shock at the way things were being handled. They actually put a crown over an untreated cavity which could have led to serious health issues if left unchecked. (I wondered why that tooth hurt so badly and had complained about it for months) If you value your dental health, avoid this place at all costs. The damage done has taken months to fix and the stress was not worth it. I’m still recovering from the complications caused by their negligence. They masked substandard, damaging work as quality treatment. Save yourself the trouble and find a competent, caring dentist instead.
