He took time to explain everything—no pressuring me to buy. His stairlift is AMERICAN made—the best. That was a major selling point. The other chairlift companies can keep the China-made junk. The chairlift was installed quickly, and it works great.

My wife has great difficulty using the stairs to access our finished basement, so I researched Bruno online, which led to a rep from 101 Mobility contacting me. He provided a wealth of helpful information, including his recommendation for a specific model, at which time we signed a purchase contract. A day or two later we went to their showroom, hoping to see a model like the one we chose from photos in literature. Not only did they have one, but it was installed on a wall, enabling us to actually test ride one. That convinced us we made the right decision. It was installed a few days ago, by one technician in less than two hours. We absolutely made the right decision ... selecting a Bruno stairlift, sold & installed by 101 Mobility.

(Angela, Jacob, Troy and another gentleman - sorry, I forgot his name). I called 101 Mobility ]on Thursday, March 6th in a panic for my dead stairlift. My husband (who is disabled) had a cardiologist appointment on March 7th, we had to leave our home no later than 3p. We live In a 2nd floor condo. With his disability, he can't manipulate the stairs and is dependent on the stairlift to get to our car. Angela called me back the very next morning Friday March 7th at 9:30am. Angela was able to explain the situation to the service technicians and arranged a time between 12 noon and 2:00 pm. Jacob, Troy and the third Superman arrived on time as promised (WITH THEIR SUPERHERO CAPES) were able to complete the repair by 3p. PERFECT TIMING FOR OUR DEPARTURE and WE WERE ABLE TO MAKE OUR CARDIOLOGIST APPOINTMENT ON TIME!!! THEY ALL WERE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and a GREAT TEAM!!! I CAN'T THANK THEM ENOUGH - KEEP UP THE AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! If anyone needs any of their services, I recommend them 100% Debi & Bob Nichols
