He took time to explain everything—no pressuring me to buy. His stairlift is AMERICAN made—the best. That was a major selling point. The other chairlift companies can keep the China-made junk. The chairlift was installed quickly, and it works great.

My wife has great difficulty using the stairs to access our finished basement, so I researched Bruno online, which led to a rep from 101 Mobility contacting me. He provided a wealth of helpful information, including his recommendation for a specific model, at which time we signed a purchase contract. A day or two later we went to their showroom, hoping to see a model like the one we chose from photos in literature. Not only did they have one, but it was installed on a wall, enabling us to actually test ride one. That convinced us we made the right decision. It was installed a few days ago, by one technician in less than two hours. We absolutely made the right decision ... selecting a Bruno stairlift, sold & installed by 101 Mobility.

Hamilton, the owner/operator, is a pleasant easy-to-trust fellow. Hamilton discussed several installation options for the greatest convenience and Chris thoroughly explained the operation, safety features, maintenance, service response and warranty. I give them 2 thumbs and 2 toes up!
